FLIGHT CARRYING PILGRIMS CRASH LANDS IN MADINAH AIRPORT



MADINAH— Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport in Madinah has suspended all flights for today due to a crash landing of a chartered flight carrying pilgrims.
It is expected General Authority of Civil Aviation of Saudi Arabia (GACA) will issue a statement some time today.
The airport has been shutdown to clear the runway. The crash landing happened because of malfunctioning landing gears of the airplane. The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning.
